KOHLER HIGH SCHOOL HIGHEST REPORT CARD SCORE IN THE STATE

Kohler High School scored 92.0 on the state school report card--the highest in the state for public schools! The State of Wisconsin is implementing a new accountability system for public schools. The new accountability system:
- increases the focus on student achievement and sets high expectations for all students
- emphasizes the need to ensure students are career and college ready
- provides descriptive information about school performance using a report card process
The report card scores are based upon:
4 Priority areas:
- Student achievement in math and reading
- Student growth in math and reading
- Closing gaps in math and reading
- On-track and Postsecondary readiness in math, reading, and ACT participation and performance
3 Student engagement indicators:
- Test preparation rate
- Absenteeism rate
- Dropout rate
