Elementary and Middle School Art

Students in art will explore art making with a variety of materials, to create both two and three dimensional artwork. The curriculum contains information about artists, art styles, and techniques. Many of the lessons are linked to core subjects such as reading, literature, science, social studies, and math. Students will practice talking about their own art and the art of others. The learner will continue to learn new techniques and how to properly care for materials.
