WSPEI’s goal is to help families and educators to serve children and young adults with disabilities.

PARENT-EDUCATOR LIASONS

Parent Liasons promote positive relationships and provide support to families of children with special needs.  Our goal is to assist parents and educators to work together to promote effective partnerships through positive communication, collaborations and training for the purpose of improving education for children with special needs.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR PARENTS AND EDUCATORS?

We connect families and educators with agencies and organizations who provide services for special education.  We provide support and assistance to build parent and school partnerships.  Parents and educators are offered training, resources and networking opportunities and resources to help them understand the special education process.
