KOHLER GIRLS SWIMMING (CO-OP W/SHEB.FALLS & SHEB.LUTHERAN)

Our girls work extremely hard both in water and out. The girls train by running, lifting weights, strengthening their core, and swimming 2 + hours each day. The girls train by their stroke or distance events. We swim around 6,000 yards each practice…that’s roughly 3.4 miles of swimming each day!! The season begins in August and runs until mid-November. Meets are held Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some Saturdays.
