KOHLER STUDENT COUNCIL

The purpose of the student council is to act as a representative body for the general student population of Kohler High School and to familiarize students with representative governmental structure and parliamentary procedure. Members of the student council coordinate several student dances (including Homecoming and Winterfest), act as an advisory group to the administrative team, plan activities to promote school spirit and involvement, and provide service to the school and community by promoting recycling and raising funds for various causes throughout the year. Elections for class representatives are held in May for the following school year. Council meetings are held once a week during lunch hour.
